First Blog

Hi, my name is Joe, and I made the "Things to do" blog. I know it sounds pretty broad, and more of  a massive subject, but it will just basically be covering the things I like. It will explore and describe my hobbies, and skills. It will hopefully inspire new hobbies and things to do for other people who read this. Example: If your phone breaks, and you need something long-term to do, than you have come to the right blog. I enjoy and am good at talking to people, and making them feel better. I feel like that can go well with inspiring people to do things and be more creative, than sitting on their phones all day. Once committing to something, then there is more inspiration to step up and do something and make goals for yourself. Like, my current goal is to be able to do complete ollies on my skateboard. I havent skateboarded in a while, mainly because I have been biking everywhere; to my friend's house, on the trails, etc. This was inspired by Ragbrai (Rigley's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa). This was my biggest accomplishment so far. Ragbrai is, in shorter terms, Riding across Iowa in a week on bikes. I did this with the 'Dream Team' or a group of teen riders, like me.

I have a passion for biking and skating. Both are long-term and keep me physically active. I have 4 older brothers, and a younger sister. I have 2 cats and 2 dachshunds, and I am getting a new dog soon. I also like cooking, and preparing food. And these will be some of the things, that I will talk about in my blogs, so stay tuned.
