Cooking

My third blog is going to be all about cooking. In all honesty, I don’t know much about cooking and don’t know all that much of what to cook. My personal favorite things to cook are breakfast foods. I have been making eggs and bacon ever since I was very little. I have a little experience in that area. I prefer my eggs with a popped yoke, and a little crispy, and I like my bacon sprinkled with salt and/or garlic. This is my idea of a perfect breakfast (along with toast and maybe some pancakes). This is much more time-consuming and interesting than pouring cereal and milk into a bowl. Aside from breakfast, I most like making, lasagna, steak, ground beef, and mac n cheese (how professional of me). One of my family’s favorite dishes is Swedish Meatballs. This is made with meatballs, egg noodles, and cream of mushroom-made sauce. It’s what my family and I make for holidays or special occasions. Biking

Pretty generic hobby: Biking. I know it is most perceived as something children do for fun, rather than a hobby but it is definitely not a waste of time. It helps me physically and mentally. Whenever I am in a bad mood then I go biking and it wipes my negativity away. It’s something about the air blowing in your face and being outside that makes you feel relaxed. Depends on the weather of course but if you are dedicated enough you can bike in 20 mph (mile per hour) winds, below freezing temperatures, and scorching sun-full days. Even on the worst days, biking brings my mood up. It also helps if you can get proper motivation. This can come in multiple forms. Destination is important. Mark out a place you want to go no matter how difficult it may be, and reward yourself once you get there. Another way to get motivation is to bike with other people; friends, family, etc. Talking to someone helps pass the time while you are on the trails. That’s why I biked with Dream Team. It’s a ...
